Return and right of withdrawal
As Nelle’s Coffee & Wine delivers food, there is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Contracts Act § 17, para. 2, No. 1.
It is possible to refund the ticket up to 8 days before the event in question.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with us - both single orders and the creation of a subscription - we need the following information:
Your name, address, tel. No. and email address.
We register your personal information for the purpose of being able to deliver the item to you.
The information is stored securely and treated confidentially in accordance with the Personal Data Act. They are stored for as long as required by the Accounting Act.
Your information will not be sold, passed on or otherwise transferred to third parties. As a registered customer, you always have the right and opportunity for insight, just as you can object to a registration. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Registered customers will receive individual service e-mails from us regarding any changes in relation to delivery days and other practical information in relation to holidays, etc.
You can pay with the following payment methods at Nelle’s Webshop:
Visa Dankort, Visa, Visa electron and Mastercard.
Card fee is 0% The amount will only be deducted from your card when the item is shipped, but an amount will be reserved when the order is placed.
To protect your card information, the payment is handled by an approved and certified payment module provider, which ensures that all information is processed, encrypted and sent via a secure connection SLL, so that neither we nor others can access your card information.
We currently deliver. only in Denmark, and the shipping price depends on the nominal weight of the package. Orders over DKK 500 are delivered free of charge.
Items can also be picked up free of charge in our cafe at Filosofgangen 30, 5000 Odense C. Remember to choose this shipping option when placing the order.
All prices include Danish VAT.
Terms of subscription
You can subscribe to our coffee varieties so that they are delivered at either 1, 2, 3 or 4 week intervals.
Duration & Termination
As long as the subscription is unsubscribed, the given subscription price is deducted with each shipment of a new package. You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at email@example.com or via your administration interface (you will find a link in the subscription confirmation emails), but no later than 2 days before the next shipment so we do not have time to prepare your shipment.
After each shipment, you will receive a receipt on the email you provided when placing the order.
Payment card expired
If your payment card expires, an email will be sent with a link to renew card information.
When registering for automatic debit, you give permission to save all necessary payment card information for use in automatic debiting of your payment card. This information will be deleted when the agreement is terminated.
